Peach 'Suncrest'

• Large, juicy yellow peaches with a rich sweetness
• Freestone variety ideal for eating fresh or cooking
• White spring blossom followed by heavy summer crops
• Best grown in a sunny, sheltered position

Peach ‘Suncrest’ is a reliable and popular peach variety, producing large golden yellow fruits with a deep red flush and exceptionally sweet, juicy flesh. As a freestone peach, the stone removes easily, making the fruits perfect for eating fresh, as well as for desserts, preserves and baking.

In spring, trees are covered in attractive pale pink blossom, adding ornamental value before crops develop during the summer months. Peach ‘Suncrest’ grows best in a warm, sunny and sheltered location, ideally against a south facing wall or fence where it can benefit from extra heat. Regular watering during dry periods and occasional feeding will help ensure good fruit size and flavour, making this variety an excellent choice for home gardens and patio growing.
