Palermo Paper Mache Vase 29.5x25.5x25cm

Paper mache is dramatically lighter than ceramic or stone at the same size, which changes how freely you use a piece this large. The Palermo Paper Mache Vase 29. 5x25. 5x25cm stands nearly 30cm yet lifts with one hand, so moving it between a console, a dining table and a mantel takes no thought. It's handmade, so the irregular shaping and the natural and white finish differ from piece to piece. The smooth surface keeps the form clean despite the material. It works holding dried stems or standing empty as a sculptural object.
